Google Drive Fallback Process

If local server is down:

(ie You are unable to upload via Synology client)

Please use this alternative method to upload your jobs:

1. Please process and ZIP your files(DNGs etc.) as per usual.
2. Upload files to Google Drive fallback folder:

1. Please ZIP your files and drop it into either PROOFED or PROCESS

   

2. Please leave the browser window open until the upload is complete.

Synology trouble shooting

In the instance that you are having issues with slow or unresponsive synology:

• please restart the synology client (or just restart your computer).
• please click on the widget and see if there are any error messages
• please click on the cog button and pause and then unpause the connection.
