Overview

The expectation is that the photographer will consult with the agent/vendor on site about the angles to be taken. When there is no one onsite, it is at the photographers discretion to choose the images.

On top of the package final files we expect the photographer to take a minimum 100-200% additional angles on top of the required angles. This ensures that we can supply alternatives to a client in case they change their mind after the shoot or need additional coverage of the property.

<aside> ❗ We always require at least 2 - 3 different options for the facade. Insufficient facade coverage is the main reason for reshoots.

5 Images

• 5 final images will be supplied to client
• 7-8 angles to be captured
• Selections onsite

10 Images

• 10 final images will be supplied to the client
• minimum 20 angles to be captured - including various options for facade and main living areas.
• Selections onsite

15 Images

• 15 final images will be supplied to the client
• Proof at least 40 angles. Including various facade options as well as editorial/details.
